Jill LeVere has joined RE/MAX Consultant Group as a new associate and the first member of our new Property Management Division. Jill brings to the office 18 years of residential property management experience, 20 years of property and casualty underwriting experience and will be focusing solely on this unique aspect of the real estate business.
Jill is a lifetime resident of Licking County and enjoys helping individuals manage their real estate portfolios. “I treat my clients’ properties as if they were my own”.
Ms. LeVere can provide full service property management services for single-family homes, as well as multiple units such as duplexes, apartments, and condominium associations. Some of the services provided will be preparation and completion of relevant rental contracts and forms, property advertising and marketing, rent analysis, and complete monthly accounting/year end tax statement preparations.
Jill is an active member of the Granville community, is married to Jed and has two children. She is also active with the Licking County Board of Elections.
